Default Receiving/Payment Quantites/Amounts

It would be great to have a setting option to default receiving/payment quantities/amounts to 0 rather than the total per the PO or total remaining. My suggestion would be to make this a setting that users can opt in/out of as defaulting to 0 is not always preferred.
