Add "Fulfillment Status" as a filter for Purchase Order interface

Current filters include the fields Supplier, Requester, Department, Duration, Payment Type, etc
I would find the addition of the "Fulfillment Status" field to the possible filters useful, as it would allow to easily examine the as-yet undelivered or incomplete orders. This would help with tracking order fulfillment. Currently I can sort PO's by this field but then the sort competes with the Status field (i.e. captures Cancelled POs).
