File Links Present in all PO E-mails

I am suggesting that whenever a PO is awarded to a vendor, that the links to the PO files are always populated into the PO confirmation e-mail - currently, the files and links are only included when the option to include them as attachments is selected. We have files that are above the size limits of e-mail and therefore need to be linked without directly attaching to an e-mail, which could prevent the e-mail from being received.
