Link QuickBooks Customer/Project field to budget like the account field does

Go to the PO creation page. Select a budget. Notice that the account field is automatically populated. Currently, the QB account field can be linked to the budget and will auto-populate if the user linked it to the budget. This is a request to have a field on the budget level to allow the customer/project field to be linked to the budget and auto-populate the customer/project field when the budget is selected
