Whitelabel Purchase Order Emails

Emails to suppliers with the PO should be whitelabelable and the design adaptable to our CI. The current email format is not very pleasing to the eye and is full of PE.com advertising. Also there should be the option to have the PO directly attached as a PDF (as it was in the past).
